A thin lid to use for the Pillar Storage Box to hide away clutter or to use the storage box as an extra side table or shelf option. The many veneer layers make the lid slim, sturdy and easy to grasp.
Using material found in a normal hardware store, I wanted Pillar Storage Boxes to be rational to produce and clever in their design. This type of product is often made of plastic, so my motivation was to design a more sustainable alternative.
