Slō stands for slow food and slow living. From fast food to mindful eating, from materialism to personality and simplism. Simplicity that shows itself in the plates that are reserved, but also in the minimalist interior.
Margo Voest, Owner of Slō, about this project: “As an interior designer, I try to express my personality and style through the bar. A place where multiple senses are triggered by the details of the innovative interior, an honest and seasonal menu and the right music for the right moment.”
