1. Delivery
We deliver to every country inside the European Union and additionally to the non-EU countries Iceland, Norway and Switzerland.
Delivery usually takes between 6 and 14 working days after the receipt of the order and its acceptance/after completed payment. However, this is still dependent upon the location. Products are shipped to the address stated in your order. Orders are delivered to residential as well as business addresses. We ship our products via a special furniture logistic company and through various parcel services, mainly GLS.
All orders are shipped free of charge. For the non-EU countries Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland we also cover the costs for customs, import VAT and any other related costs.
2. Order
You will receive an order confirmation via email. We recommend that you check that the details are correct and save it for your records.
To enable us to deliver your products safely and efficiently, please provide your name, address, email and mobile phone number. Customer information is not disclosed and not sold to third parties. Customer information will only be used for marketing purposes if agreed with the customer.

3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and PayPal.
The amount will be deducted from your card, bank account or PayPal account upon shipment of your order.
All prices include VAT for the country of the billing address.
4. Returns and Complaints
We are committed to refunding your product if you withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the delivery date for any reason, no justification neccessary.
Please note that a customer will lose their right of return if they do not declare the withdrawal of their purchase in writing (by post, fax or email) within 14 days after receiving the goods.
If a customer wishes to return a product then they will have to bear the costs of the return shipping. Expenses for returns may vary depending on the products’ size. The customer is responsible for the goods until we are in receipt of them, and if an item is broken or lost during shipment, the customer can be held responsible. In this case, it is the customer’s own responsibility to document the return.
Please note that the right of withdrawal is void if the customer uses the product. The product must be returned unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was upon receipt. If not, the customer will receive a refund equal to the state of the item.

Claim
Form & Refine offers customers the right to submit complaints to us regarding workmanship and material defects for the first 24 months from the delivery date of your product. This does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or manipulation.
If you have any complaints about the products received from www.formandrefine.com, please contact Form & Refine via info@formandrefine.com. Please use our claim form (download here), provide pictures of the product and describe the claim in as much detail as possible.
We reserve the right to repair any defects within a reasonable timeframe. If a repair is not possible or feasible, or if a repair is disproportionately expensive, we will deliver a new product upon receiving the damaged one.
You can file a complaint against Form & Refine regarding your purchase in our online shop. It can be filed at The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Claim Damage Caused by TransportationIn case of obvious damage on delivery, we recommend that you accept the goods only with reservations or refuse to receive them. In both cases, we ask you to contact our customer service at info@formandrefine.com. Please include your order number so that your request can be processed quickly and efficiently.
6. Warranty
Form & Refine offers a five-year warranty on all products.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused directly or indirectly by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or manipulation. In addition, it is assumed that the care instructions are followed.
7. Personal Information
Form & Refine is committed to ensuring that information which is obtained about you is treated appropriately. We will not pass on or sell your personal information to any third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to trusted employees.
The electronic payment system in the Form & Refine online shop is secure and an encrypted SSL connection ensures that no other people can monitor and intercept any information when your credit card number or other personal data is transferred online. All payment is handled by a Certified Payment Agent.
Personal information registered on www.formandrefine.com will never be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. Information such as your name, address, phone number etc. is processed in full confidentiality and used solely to process your order.
The legislative requirements for trader accounts mean that we have to store your personal data for five years. Credit card information is sent via www.formandrefine.com directly in a secure and encrypted connection and is not saved by www.formandrefine.com.
8. Responsibility
Form & Refine cannot be held responsible for indirect losses and consequential damage. Furthermore, we reserve the right to make price changes and shall not be held responsible for any typing and pricing errors on our website.
Form & Refine reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part. Specifically, in the event of price errors, system failures or suspected abuse of payment.
