1. Delivery
We deliver to all EU countries as well as Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland.Delivery normally takes 6–14 business days depending on the destination.We ship with furniture logistics companies and GLS – free shipping in all countries.For countries outside the EU, we also cover customs duties and import VAT.
2. Ordering
You will receive an order confirmation by email – please check the information carefully.
To process your order, we require: Name, address, email, and phone number.
Information is stored for 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act and is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.
3. PaymentWe accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, and PayPal. The amount is charged upon dispatch (except for bank transfers, which require confirmed receipt first). All prices include 25% VAT.
4. Returns and Complaints
14-day right of withdrawal – you must notify us in writing no later than 14 days after receiving the item. Return shipping is at your own expense. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to deduct for any depreciation in value if the product has been used.
5. Claims
2-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Send your claim to: info@formandrefine.com Please include photos and a completed claim form. For visible damage upon delivery: Accept the item with reservation or reject it. Contact us immediately with your order number.
6. WarrantyForm & Refine offers a 5-year warranty on all our products.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material or construction flaws occurring under normal use in residential or similar settings. The warranty includes repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage or defects resulting from misuse, negligence, or alterations made by the user.
Normal wear and tear, scratches, marks, or changes occurring through daily use.
Damage caused by lack of or incorrect maintenance, including failure to follow our care instructions.
Damage due to outdoor use, storage in damp environments, or exposure to significant temperature or humidity fluctuations.
Wood is a living natural material, and variations in color, texture, and grain are part of its unique character – these are not considered defects.
Wooden furniture requires regular maintenance – oiling and cleaning. The use of strong chemicals or cleaning agents may damage the surface and void the warranty.
To ensure the warranty remains valid, the furniture must be used and maintained properly in accordance with our instructions. You can find care and maintenance guidelines for each product and its surface treatment in our imagebank
