Daily Cleaning

For daily cleaning, use a cloth dampened with warm water
and a mild detergent. Wipe the surface dry afterwards to avoid streaks.
Always follow the direction of the steel grain.

Extra Cleaning

For extra cleaning, use household rubbing alcohol.
This will also sanitise the surface.
Always follow the direction of the steel grain.

Scratches & Stains

Rust stains and minor scratches can be removed by
polishing the surface with a very fine sanding sponge for metal.

Advice

Minor rust stains may appear if particles from other
metal objects are left on the surface.
Never use chlorine- or acid-based cleaners on steel,
as these will cause rust. Avoid steel wool and steel brushes,
as they can leave particles that cause rust stains.
