Coffee Collective, Copenhagen, Denmark

At the corner of Trianglen in Copenhagen, where the city meets the greenery of Østerbro, Coffee Collective has created a calm and welcoming café shaped by natural materials and Danish craftsmanship. Large windows fill the space with daylight, while wood, stone, and tactile surfaces reflect the surroundings outside. Across the interior, furniture from Form & Refine adds warmth and quiet structure, gently elevating the space through honest materials and refined simplicity. 

As Peter Ebdrup, member of the Coffee Collective team describes it: “We chose Form & Refine because they share our values. A Danish company rooted in Nordic design tradition, sourcing local, regenerative materials and building things that last. Their approach to sustainability isn’t about appearances; it’s honest construction, honest economics, and furniture worth keeping.”
