See moreIn 2014, all it took to conceive WatchHouse was 25 square meters on London’s famous Bermondsey Street. Before being the original home of a Modern Coffee ambition, the tiny building was an old shelter for men guarding the graveyard of St Mary Magdalen’s Church. See moreThe fast-paced society often focuses on going fast: excelling at work, navigating through traffic, and intense and heavy workouts. However, the concept of ‘fuel your body. fuel your mind’, is just as important as progress and growth in both physical and mental well-being. That is how “FUEL” was born. It is a place where health and well-being seamlessly blend with a passion for nutritious and seasonal ingredients. A mission to empower people on their unique journey toward vitality through a diverse menu and a welcoming, stylish environment.

Margo Voest, Owner of Slō, about this project: “As an interior designer, I try to express my personality and style through the bar. A place where multiple senses are triggered by the details of the innovative interior, an honest and seasonal menu and the right music for the right moment.“
