Strom is a seasonal courtyard café in Berlin, set within a historic industrial complex from 1911. A calm place for carefully selected coffee, small dishes, and afternoon drinks. The interior opens gently towards the courtyard and follows the rhythm of light and seasons.
Wood-fired terracotta tiles and hand-blown Murano glass lamps reflect a strong sense of craft, while cherry wood and a sculptural rose marble bar add warmth and character. The Form & Refine Blueprint Chairs introduce a quiet contemporary presence that balances tradition with modern expression.

Founded in 2014, WatchHouse began with just 25 square meters on London’s iconic Bermondsey Street. Before becoming the birthplace of the Modern Coffee movement, the small building had served as a shelter for men guarding the graveyard of St. Mary Magdalen’s Church. WatchHouse has grown into a collection of 15 beautifully designed locations — modern coffee houses for people who value craftsmanship, quality, and design.
Each WatchHouse location offers a contemporary interpretation of the modern coffee experience, thoughtfully rooted in its local community. Warm browns and natural wood tones create a welcoming, intimate atmosphere, while textured plaster and metal accents bring a vibrant, urban energy.
The first U.S. WatchHouse, located in New York City, reimagines the brand’s original London aesthetic, reinterpreted for an American context.

The cemetery chapel in Walbeck has undergone extensive renovations, making it brighter, larger and more modern. The work was completed in spring 2025. The modernisation measures mainly affected the central part of the hall, which was built in the 1950s. The two extensions on the left and right were completed in the late 1980s. These were also modernised with large window panels and bespoke furniture made from pure white oak by Form & Refine.
The new cemetery hall is a lighter and friendlier place, created by the local authorities. In difficult times in particular, there is a need for a place that radiates confidence and friendliness. The hall now has just under 35 seats.

Pfeffermint AG has designed the new interior of Café Irma with great attention to detail – a place where genuine craftsmanship takes focus. Natural materials and calm natural colours characterise the space and allow bread and products to take centre stage. Handmade ceramic lamps, acoustic elements made of pressed cotton, warm cherry wood and the Form & Refine Lunar Chair made purely of solid oak, which echoes the colour of a crispy bread, create a calm and authentic atmosphere.
Judith and Sinan’s Café Irma is a breakfast café that stands for passion, honest craftsmanship and fairly produced, high-quality products. Their sourdough breads are carefully handmade over three days using organic flour from Altbachmühle.

The interior of Mokum reflects Studio J. Braunfels’ commitment to authenticity, tactile materials and spatial clarity. The design follows a clear, restrained language, guided by one idea: to create different zones within a single room – each offering comfort, intimacy and quiet presence.
At the heart of the space stands the bar, opening a direct view into the kitchen and establishing both a visual and emotional connection to the team behind the food.
