Stain

As we have introduced additional wood species into our collection, we have begun working with stains. The colour pigments in the stains allow us to explore new expressions within our existing designs while emphasising the natural qualities of the wood, as the grain structure and depth of the material are brought forward.

Staining also enables us to expand the collection and introduce new tonalities and material expressions without developing entirely new constructions or production methods. This approach supports a more conscious use of resources, extends the relevance of existing designs and creates greater flexibility within the collection.

By working with stains and colours directly in the wood, we create new possibilities while maintaining our focus on material honesty, durability and long-lasting design.
